What it’s like to work with us…the Pavilion approach to virtual business support

Whatever the size of your business, taking on a new team member is always an important step. You want someone who has the right skills, is experienced, and will be a good fit for your business.

More and more businesses are seeing the benefits of working with virtual business support firms to meet staffing needs. A VA is a fully flexible resource, so you only pay for the hours you need, and we can match you with a VA who has the specific skills you require. However, there are some other benefits of working with a VA that you may not have considered…

The advantages of hiring a Pavilion Virtual Assistant for your business

  • You will be paired with an experienced VA, with a minimum of 5 years of Executive PA experience at a corporate level

  • There are no expensive recruitment costs and you’ll save time on training and induction

  • You won’t have to pay equipment/office costs, NI, pension contributions, holiday pay or sick pay. You simply pay for the hours you need

  • We work with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to major corporations, and will work with you to find the right level of support

  • Our VAs are insured and are registered with the ICO

Arranging virtual business support doesn’t have to be difficult…

Running a business is hard, but getting help doesn’t have to be. When people come to us, it’s because they’re facing challenges with their workload and need help. That’s why we make working with us as easy as possible, to ensure you quickly get the support you need. Here’s our process…

From discovery call to deployment in six simple steps

  1. Once you get in touch, our Founder, Amanda, will schedule a chat with you via Zoom.

  2. During the chat, Amanda will get to know you and your business and identify the support you need. You’ll also learn more about how we work – including our monthly retainers and how we could help you.

  3. Amanda will then identify which of our associates would be the best fit for your business and set up an introduction call.

  4. If, after meeting the associate[s], you decide to go ahead, you’ll be sent a contract to sign.

  5. Your new associate[s] will start work as soon as you’re ready! You’ll find that they are great at using tools like Trello, Asana, Teams, Zoom, Google Drive, Sharepoint, email and Whatsapp to keep in touch and record progress.

  6. Amanda will check in within the first few weeks to see how things are going and then quarterly after that. However, you can get contact us at any time to discuss your contract.

A word from Amanda, Founder of Pavilion Virtual Business Support

When you work with us, I want you to get the help you need quickly and easily. That’s why I personally talk to all new clients about their business and support requirements. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with CEOs and can quickly identify what skills a business needs to thrive and grow.

One of the things I love most about my job is those follow-up calls to a business. It’s fantastic when business owners can say how working with us has helped them. This might be a cost-saving, lightening the workloads of existing team members or freeing up time for business development. But it could also be that they’ve been able to spend more time with friends and family and to take some time off knowing their business is in safe hands.

I think that’s where we can really make a difference as a virtual business support firm – giving people the time and space that they’ve been lacking in their work lives.
